When You Can Request a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your photo is rejected by the official passport/visa authority due to technical issues with our processing
- The photo dimensions or specifications do not match the requirements we advertised
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading your photo
- You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The original photo you uploaded does not meet basic requirements (e.g., face not visible, poor quality)
- The photo is rejected for reasons unrelated to our processing (e.g., wrong clothing, facial expression issues you chose to proceed with)
- You changed your mind after downloading the photo
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide proof of rejection from the official authority (if applicable)
- Describe the issue you experienced
Refund Processing
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Free Re-Processing
Before requesting a refund, consider our free re-processing option. If you're not satisfied with your photo, we'll reprocess it at no additional cost. Simply contact us with your order number and describe the issue.
